Updated
foyai checks Granola for new meetings about once an hour.
Granola doesn't send real-time notifications, so foyai checks your account on a schedule instead. There's nothing to paste into Granola and no extra setup.
- Most meetings show up within about an hour of Granola having them.
- Need it right after the call? Upload the transcript by hand and draft straight away.
- Everything else works the same as other recorders: matching, drafts, suggested updates.

The card shows your account. Recent meetings appear on the next check, then about once an hour after that.

How each recorder reaches foyai.
Matching and drafting work the same for every recorder. What differs is how quickly a new call arrives.
| Recorder | When new calls arrive | Anything to paste back? |
|---|---|---|
| Granola | Checked about once an hour | No |
| Fathom, Avoma, Grain | When the recording finishes processing | No |
| Fireflies.ai, tl;dv | When processing finishes, once you paste one URL into the tool | Yes, one URL |
| Attio call recordings | Already on the Attio deal | Nothing to connect |
Connected recorders also run a regular catch-up sync as a safety net.
foyai drafts the notes you'd write after the call for you to edit.
Matched to the right deal. A participant who's a stakeholder in one of your rooms sends the meeting there. Otherwise their company email domain is matched to the Attio company. Internal-only meetings are ignored, and unclear ones wait in Unmatched calls with a suggested match.
A first draft of the room. "What we heard", a value map, goals, challenges, their stack and who's involved, plus up to four case studies from your library with a reason for each.
Suggested next steps. Action items from the meeting, waiting for your approval before they join the shared plan.
Updates after later meetings. Each new meeting is compared against the room, with suggested updates for you to approve. Buyers see changes only when you publish.
