Upload call transcripts, and add the buyer's logo to their room.
- Upload a call transcript to a deal or company. Had a call that wasn't recorded by a connected tool? Upload its transcript to the Attio deal or company, and foyai can use it when drafting the room. Transcript sources
- Add the buyer's logo to a room. The room header pairs the buyer's logo with the room title, so buyers see their own logo when they open it. Branding
Create rooms from inside Attio, and give action plans due dates.
- Due dates and owners on action plans. Due dates, a timeline view, email digests of tasks coming due, and owners linked to the deal's stakeholders. Start from five plan templates: Standard sales plan, Enterprise close plan, Pilot / proof of concept, Customer onboarding, and Renewal / expansion plan. What is a mutual action plan?
- The foyai app for Attio. Create a room from any deal or company without leaving Attio: pick a template and foyai drafts it from that record's calls for you to review. Select several deals or companies to create rooms in bulk, with a cost preview before you confirm. foyai for Attio
- Every room, as a table in Attio. The Foyai rooms table lists each room with its status, engagement score, last buyer view and stakeholder count, ready for your own views and reports. Attio recipes
- Buyers added to Attio as People. When an identified visitor's email domain matches the company, they're added to Attio as a Person and attached to that company. It's a setting you control.
- Personalized Google Slides decks. Fill a Slides template with each room's details and deliver the deck privately through the room's access settings. Personalized decks
- Slack alerts for each seller. A direct message when a buyer first views the room, when they complete a plan task, and a prompt to unpublish or archive the room when the Attio deal moves to Lost. Slack integration
- Analytics without your own visits. Views from your team are left out of room analytics, with a toggle to show them when you want to. Analytics
- Drive access ends with the room. When you unpublish or archive a room, buyers lose access to the Google Drive files it shared with them. Google Drive integration
- Sign in with your own Attio account. Teammates sign in with their Attio login and land on "My deals" by default, so everyone starts with their own pipeline.

- Your contact details, your way. Edit the contact email buyers see, and upload your company logo and your headshot. Branding
- Private Drive files, shown inline. Private Google Drive decks and Google Docs now display inside the room, and Drive files are shared automatically with buyers who pass the room's access check. Google Drive integration
- Team invites and a content contributor role. Invite teammates to your workspace, and give the people who look after your content library a role of their own.
- Analytics by seller. Admins can see engagement broken down by seller and filter the rooms list by seller. Analytics
- PDFs up to 50MB, tracked page by page. Upload larger PDFs and see which pages buyers spent time on.
- Richer plan tasks. Action plan tasks can carry a description and attachments, so the context travels with the step.
- Editable AI prompts on blocks. Adjust the prompt behind an AI-written block to steer what it drafts. AI drafts
Connect your call recorder to draft rooms from its calls.
- Call recorder connections, in beta. Connect Fathom, Fireflies.ai, Avoma, tl;dv and Grain, followed by Granola, so foyai can draft rooms from calls recorded outside Attio. Transcript sources
- Email verification that works with link scanners. Verified-email access now uses single-use links with a "Continue to room" step, so security tools that pre-open links in your buyer's inbox don't use them up first. Room access

- Four room access levels. From an open link to approved domains and emails only, with allowlists per room and a default for your workspace. Room access
- See who viewed. Identified visitors, each visitor's activity, approximate location, and engagement slide by slide. Analytics

No. New features reach your workspace as they ship. There's nothing to download or upgrade.
