Follow up after every sales call while you run the company.
For founders who sell between building product, hiring and support, foyai drafts a private, branded buyer room from the call you just had, whether it was recorded in Attio, Fathom or Granola. You review it, publish it and send one link. The shared action plan shows the buyer their next steps, and they can tick them off while you're heads-down. It's free to start.
Updated
After a good sales call, the follow-up often waits behind a board update, a hiring loop and an outage.
Deals often stall in the days after the call, when the recap, the deck, the case study and the next steps all wait on the one person who also has to ship the product.
foyai drafts the recap from the recording you already have and suggests dated next steps for the plan. You check both and publish. The buyer's half of the plan is then theirs to tick off, whether or not you're online.

foyai can draft your first room from a call you've already had.
Sign in with Attio
Your Attio workspace admin approves the connection.
Point it at your calls
Attio's own call recordings work out of the box. Using Fathom or Granola? Paste an API key.
Pick the call
Choose the recording or the deal. The draft comes back with a recap, "What we heard", a value map, matching case studies and suggested next steps.
Review the draft and publish
Change what's wrong, add your logo and colours, then publish. Your buyer gets one private link with no login.
No case study library yet? Paste your website, and foyai finds the case studies there for you to review and import.

Send rooms with your company's branding on your own domain.
Buyers judge a vendor partly by the follow-up they receive. Each room carries your domain and branding, plus the buyer's logo.
Host rooms on your own domain. Add one DNS record; the certificate is handled for you, and you get an email when it's live.
Rooms carry your logo and colours, so they look like your company's own page.
Add the buyer's logo next to yours to show the room was made for their deal.
The contact section carries your card and an optional booking calendar, so the next call doesn't need a five-email thread.
Buyers can work through their steps while you're shipping.
The action plan puts the buyer's steps in front of the buyer: loop in the wider team, start the trial, review the terms. They tick them off in the room without waiting for your reply.
A Slack message tells you when they first open the room and when they complete a step. A digest email lists plan steps that are overdue or coming due. In Attio, every deal carries an engagement score and a last buyer view, so Monday's pipeline review is one sorted list.
If a deal goes 30 days without a visit, its room moves to the Quiet lane so you know to check in with the buyer.
