The product
What is foyai, in one sentence?
foyai is a digital sales room for Attio that drafts a private, branded page for each deal, with the business case, action plan, deck, case studies and a link to the contract, for you to review and publish to the buying committee. See a real room.
Do I have to build the rooms myself?
No. foyai drafts each room from your Attio deal, its call recordings and your content library. You check the draft, edit what needs changing and publish it. When a new call is recorded, foyai suggests updates to the room for you to accept or dismiss.
How long does setup take?
Setup has two steps. An Attio admin approves the connection, then you enter your website so foyai can import your case studies and brand while you finish the product tour. After that you can create and publish your first room from a deal.
Can rooms be created automatically?
Yes, on the paid plans. Pick the Attio deal stages that should get a room and the template for each. When a deal reaches that stage, foyai creates the room and drafts it from the deal's calls. A room isn't published until a person reviews it and clicks publish. How to set it up.
How do I know if it's working?
Room analytics show which stakeholders opened the room, what they viewed, when, and for how long. That activity is written to the Attio deal as fields and a note for each visit, and Slack can message you when someone opens a room for the first time or completes a plan step. Use it to see which rooms buyers are opening and which have had no visits.
Your buyers
What do my buyers see?
Buyers see the version of the room you published: a page with your branding, on your own domain if you set one up, with a recap of why the purchase makes sense drawn from what they said on your calls, a shared plan to signature, and the content you selected for their deal.
Do buyers need accounts or passwords?
No. Buyers don't create a foyai account or password. Depending on the room's access setting, they open the link directly or confirm their email with a single-use link, which opens a confirmation screen first so an email security scanner that opens links automatically doesn't use it up. You choose who can get in, from anyone with the link to verified emails at specific domains.
Can buyers sign the contract in the room?
No. foyai doesn't have native e-signature. You pin a link to your contract or order form (from DocuSign, PandaDoc or wherever you send it) in the room's navigation, and buyers sign in that tool.
Attio and your tools
Does it work with my CRM?
foyai works only with Attio. In Attio, you can create rooms from deals, have them drafted when a deal reaches a stage you choose, send plan steps to Attio as tasks, and see buyer activity as fields on the deal. If you're on Salesforce or HubSpot, we'll tell you what to use instead.
Is foyai on the Attio app store?
Yes. Install foyai from Attio's app store to create rooms and drafts right from your deals and companies.
How does it know what happened on my calls?
foyai reads the call transcripts from Attio's own call recordings, or from a recorder you connect: Fathom, Fireflies.ai, Avoma, tl;dv, Grain or Granola. It uses them to draft the room's sections, suggest next steps and recommend case studies from your library. You decide what goes into the room before you publish it. All integrations.
Security and data
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your content isn't used to train any AI model. foyai uses Anthropic's Claude through its commercial API.

Pricing
What does it cost?
foyai has a free plan, with no card required. Pro is $49 per seat per month ($39 billed annually) with a 30-day free trial. Platform is $500 per month for teams that create rooms in bulk from Attio lists. Full details are on the pricing page.
What happens if we downgrade?
Your rooms and data stay yours, buyer links keep working, and paid features pause until you upgrade again.
