When the Pro trial ends

  • If you subscribed with more than two days left, billing starts when the trial ends. If you subscribe in the last two days, billing starts that day.
  • If you didn't subscribe, your workspace moves to Free. Rooms you published stay live, and you can keep editing them, but you can't publish another room while 2 or more are live.
  • On Free, automatic drafting, personalized decks, and Slack alerts stop, and the foyai badge returns to buyer rooms. A custom domain you've already set up keeps working, and you get Free's 3 AI drafts.
  • During the trial, your workspace has 30 AI generations in total, whatever the size of your team.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. foyai is free to start with no card and no time limit: 2 published rooms, 3 AI drafts from your real calls, action plans synced to Attio, and buyer engagement analytics.
How does the Pro free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 30 days of Pro with every Pro feature unlocked, 30 AI generations, and no card required. If you subscribe with more than two days left, billing starts when the trial ends; in the last two days, it starts when you subscribe. If you don't subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan, and the rooms you published stay live.
What counts as an AI generation?
One AI draft of a room, or one personalized deck. That includes a room drafted automatically when an Attio deal reaches a stage you picked, a draft or re-draft you start by hand, and each deck foyai fills in from your template. A new call on a room that's already drafted gives you suggested updates to review, and those don't use a generation. Pro includes 30 per seat each month, shared across your team. Platform includes unlimited AI generations, subject to fair use.
What happens when we use up our AI generations?
New AI drafts and personalized decks pause until the pool resets on the 1st of the month. A room that would have been drafted automatically at a deal stage is skipped, and the dashboard lets you create it without AI. Admins get an email and a Slack message the first time that happens. Your existing rooms, buyer links, and analytics keep working.
What is an active room on Platform?
A room your buyers engaged with that month, or one foyai updated that month for buyers who engaged with it before. Platform includes 100 active rooms, then $2 per active room. A room no buyer has opened is never billed.
Do buyers count as seats?
No. Seats are the people on your team who use foyai. Buyers never need an account, and there's no limit on how many people at the buyer's company can open a room. How seats and roles work.
