Questions

About this room

Is this a real foyai room?
Yes. It is a published room running on foyai, drafted and edited the same way you would prepare one for a buyer. We leave it open so anyone can explore it.
Do my buyers need an account to open a room?
No. Buyers open a link. You choose how strict access is: anyone with the link, people at the buyer's email domain, or people who verify their email with a one-time link. Each one-time link opens a "Continue to room" screen first, which is designed to stop email security scanners from using up the link before your buyer clicks it.
How long does it take to build a room like this?
Most of the time goes into your review. Once a deal has a recorded call, foyai drafts the room from it, and you then tighten the wording, add a deck and choose who gets access before you publish. How AI drafts work.
Can the room run on our own domain and brand?
Yes. Rooms use your logo and colors, and can run on your own subdomain, like deals.yourcompany.com. It takes one DNS record; we email you when it's live. Branding and custom domains.
What does foyai write back to Attio?
An engagement score, the last time a buyer viewed, how many stakeholders are on the room, how complete the action plan is, and the room link, all on the deal. Each buyer visit also adds a note, and identified visitors can be added as People. The Attio integration.
