Subprocessors
These are the companies foyai uses to run the service, what each one does with data, and where it processes it. We give customers at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a company that processes customer data.

Companies that process customer data
These companies process the data foyai handles for its customers: their Attio records, call transcripts, rooms, and the activity of buyers who visit those rooms.

None of them may use customer data to train AI models. When one of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where that company is certified, or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Tools for foyai's own business
These companies handle foyai's own billing, website, and customer relationships, not the data in your rooms. Our privacy policy covers what they receive.

Tools you connect
When you connect them, data moves between foyai and your own Attio workspace, Google Drive and Slides, Slack, and call recorder (Fathom, Fireflies.ai, Avoma, tl;dv, Grain, or Granola). You choose these, and they work under your own agreements with those companies, so they aren't foyai's subprocessors.
Some features look up public information without any of your data: link previews, page text, and company logos come from Microlink, Jina Reader, and logo.dev, using only the public link or domain. The app and rooms load web fonts from Google, and seller profile pictures from Gravatar.
How we tell you about changes
At least 30 days before we add or replace a company that processes customer data, we update this page and email your workspace admins. If you object on data protection grounds, tell us at support@foyai.com within those 30 days. Our Data Processing Addendum sets out the details.
