Content Library
One place for the sales assets your whole team shares into rooms: case studies, decks, videos, and Drive content. Curated by admins and content contributors, used by everyone.
Where to find it: Content Library in the main navigation.

Who can do what
| Action | Admins | Content contributors | AEs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Add, edit, delete assets | Yes | Yes | No |
| Import case studies from your website | Yes | Yes | No |
| Add a deck template | Yes | Yes | No |
| Manage library categories | Yes | No | No |
| Add an asset to a room | Yes | No | Yes |
| Create a room seeded with an asset | Yes | No | Yes |
Admins and content contributors curate the library; AEs use it in their rooms. If the library is empty, the page tells AEs to ask an admin.
Content contributors
A content contributor keeps the library stocked without working deals: usually someone in marketing or enablement. They sign in by email, so they don't need an Attio account, and they see only the Content Library and these docs, never rooms or settings.
To add one, an admin opens Settings → Team, chooses Content contributor under the invite, and enters their email. Foyai emails them a sign-in link that works for seven days; the Team page also has a copy button with the same link, if you'd rather send it in Slack.
Adding assets (admins and contributors)
Add asset accepts a URL, a Google Drive file, or a PDF uploaded straight from your computer, and asks for a title, type, tags, and a short description. Duplicates are caught ("Already in your library") with an option to add anyway. Supported sources cover most of what sales teams share:
| Category | Sources |
|---|---|
| Video | Loom, YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Vidyard, Descript, Tella |
| Documents | PDF upload (from your computer), Google Drive files, Docs, Slides, Sheets |
| Forms | Google Forms, Typeform |
| Scheduling | Calendly, HubSpot Meetings |
| E-signature | DocuSign |
| Design | Figma, Canva, Miro |
| Interactive demos | Navattic, Storylane, Arcade, Supademo |
| Anything else | Any web link (a screenshot is captured automatically) |
A YouTube link with a timestamp starts playback at that point. Copy it with Share → Start at in YouTube, or add &t= to the link (such as &t=90s or &t=1m30s).
Interactive demos play right in the room. Paste the demo's share link or its embed link. Supademo showcases embed too. A demo served from your company's own custom domain can't be recognized, so it shows as a link card instead. Use the link on the vendor's domain (such as app.storylane.io, app.navattic.com, app.arcade.software or app.supademo.com) to get the embedded demo.
For Drive content, set sharing to "Anyone with the link" so buyers can open it. A daily health check flags Drive items buyers can't see, with a banner and a "Not visible to buyers" badge on the affected cards.
Editing an asset changes its title, type, tags and description. Only a web link's address can be changed; a Google Drive file or an uploaded PDF stays tied to the file it was added with. To use a different file, add it as a new asset (and delete the old one if you no longer need it).
PDF upload is the zero-setup document path: choose a PDF up to 50MB and Foyai hosts it for you, with no Google account or sharing settings involved. The title fills in from the file name, the thumbnail is rendered from the PDF's first page (with the type icon standing in if that render fails), and buyers read it in the built-in viewer with page-by-page engagement tracking. Uploaded files live at an unguessable link with the same access model as Drive files shared with "Anyone with the link": anyone holding the link can open the file. Each upload is stored as its own file, so uploading the same PDF twice creates two library entries.
Auto-ingest case studies is the fast path for customer stories: paste your company's website URL, Foyai finds the case studies on it, you review the candidates (edit titles and descriptions, uncheck any), and import them in bulk.
Organizing
Assets are grouped into sections: Case studies, Decks & slides, Videos, Demos, One-pagers, Proposal templates, Security docs, and Other. Admins can add custom categories, and rename, merge, or delete them from Settings → Library categories (deleting a category moves its assets to Other).
Finding things: search by title, description, or tag; filter chips by type, source, and tags; card view (screenshot-forward) or row view, your choice is remembered.
Getting assets into rooms
- Add to room on any asset: pick from your draft and live rooms, one click adds it. The asset lands in the room's Resources section; if the room doesn't have one, Foyai creates it at the end of the navigation.
- Create room with this starts a new room seeded with the asset, placed in its Resources section.
- The Recommended Case Studies block picks from the library automatically per deal; see AI drafts.
Each asset shows where it's working: "In N rooms" or "Unused", so admins can see what actually gets used and prune what doesn't. Deleting an asset removes it from the library only; copies already placed in rooms keep working.
Troubleshooting
An asset's thumbnail is wrong or missing. Admins can use the asset menu → Regenerate thumbnail. URL assets get automatic screenshots; failures fall back to a type icon. Uploaded PDFs take their thumbnail from the file's first page. Use the asset menu → Adjust thumbnail to drag the frame and choose exactly which part of the page the thumbnail shows.
Buyers can't open a Drive asset. Check the file's sharing is "Anyone with the link". The daily health check surfaces these; the library banner lists affected items.
